Considering what happened, (several times) in Germany, Russia, France, Poland, Ireland, and is Still going on in Europe in general, I’m Glad my grandparents emigrated here. It’s what my Ancestry is. But I’m American. Not particularly proud of it, sometimes, but I have the freedom to gripe about it that I would not have elsewhere. Mr. Cosby was a wise man. I just wish he had been as wise in other things as well.
We have a community college that offers a 2 year RN degree. The courses assume you have a high school level of education and are a full-time student. Most of the students have big gaps in their education, are working full time or did not take the drug screening seriously.
I was teaching a safety class involving a short film. At the end when the lights came up, it was obvious that one of the students had fallen asleep. I called his name, no response, when I walked over to him, with his eyes still closed, he said “Amen.” All I could do was laugh and say “OK, one for you.”
My sister did a stint teaching student nurses. On exam days, she would pass out rolls of “Smarties” to everyone. One day she realized that she had no candy, and rushed out to grab something. It was only when she was passing them out that she realized that she had brought them “Dum-Dum” suckers.

The best teachers are also part comedian part raconteur. Your material needs some spice there, doc.

I’m kinda confuse by this one. The subtle meaning could be litteraly interprated as anything.

This generation feels they need to constantly be entertained in order to learn. Laziness.
