Ruling England ain’t so great. Did any of them die happy? Well, perhaps Edward VII. He should have. Called Bertie the Bounder, he had it on with at least 55 hotsies, including Sarah Bernhardt, Lily Langtry and Winston Churchill’s mother and had a wife who went along with it and had no end of fun embarrassing his mother, Victoria.

Even if we had a TGIF around here I wouldn’t go. Locally owned and run restaurants are plentiful and more interesting.

England’s currency is the Pound Sterling, not the Dollar, though I doubt they’d have used £ in King Arthur’s time. And it’d be funnier if the prize was a gift card to the local pub, TGI Friday’s is just a step too far.

Maybe a gift card to a gym would be better so he can bulk up.

On an aside, how many people here think that EXCALIBUR was pulled from the stone ???

(it wasn’t. Excalibur came from the Lady of the Lake…)
