That guy who voted for Trump is lie the Veterans who voted for Trump. The Veterans Outpatient Clinic is understaffed here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When a newer larger clinic building was finished, I asked my Clinical Psychologist if they were going to hire more therapists. When he retired, they didn’t assign me to a new therapist. So when I was in the clinic for a regular doctor’s appointment, I went to the therapy clinic and asked for a new one. I got a call on the phone setting me up for a new intake on April 1. I told the lady what I told the psychologist and she said, “We need about 40 more therapists.” She was not joking. The clinic is also understaffed with medical doctors. When I went to see my primary health care provider last month, there were several empty exam rooms in the Red Team hall. My doctor at the VA is not even a full time VA employee. He got his medical degree in Nepal and he’s also on staff with a clinic associated with a near downtown medical center.
