There’s something … odd … about that hunter, especially in the second panel….

You mean like how the hunter’s right eye seems to have migrated half-way down his face?

The hunter has googly-eyes like Cookie Monster.

Lio is giving him the bat screech what for winging him. You tell him Lio!

@Grokenstein: Maybe it is his tongue, but it sure looks like an eye with the pupil pointing down. I zoomed it on a graphic program and it is hard to tell.

It’s his eyeball. Look at his feet, he’s a freak of nature!

HAHA! The hunter squinted the wrong eye when he aimed. C’mon Lio, don’t hold back!!

Yep its his tounge and yer right he aquinted the wrong eye, which is why lio is stil alive to yell at him aparentlly

weird eye/tongue/stupid hunter.

I can see where the hunter’s right eye is squinted shut in panel 2, but my theory is that that circle in the middle of his cheek is actually a third eye, with which he’s checking on the status of his feet. Can’t blame him. ;)

It’s a glass eye. Popped out in panel 2, he stuck it back in by the time Lio landed.
