Milk is for baby cows, not humans, but the Industry will never tell you that. It’s basically cow pus full of estrogen and many other things that humans should not be putting into their bodies, especially women. Overloading your body with just estrogen alone, not to mention the bovine growth hormone and all the antibiotics that are pumped into cows these days, explains why breast cancer is so prevalent. Instead of just following in the footsteps of your parents and their parents, who bought into the Milk Industry’s “It does a body good” BS, do some research and find out for yourself. Dairy does not ‘Do a body good.’ Just another example of how most Americans just roll over and take what’s handed to them without thinking about it, or researching it. By the way, make sure your research articles and papers are not funded by the Milk Industry.
