I saw a guy on a bike today with a dog on a leash. He was riding about 5 to 10 feet ahead of the dog and the dog was trying to keep up but his leash was dragging along behind him. It seemed to be slowing the dog down. There must be a better way.
He SHOULD be on a leash anytime he’s out and about. Dogs get excited or scared and run off. They get lost, get hit by cars, get taken by people who might hurt them. Leashes are for the protection of a beloved pet by a responsible dog owner, which Lola isn’t.

Perfect answer :) I think I’ll use it at next opportunity … if I remember it at that time and not 2 hours later, that is

I agree with the red suit lady. Dogs in the park should be on a leash.

There is nothing wrong with the red suited jogger that a good deworming treatment couldn’t fix.
