This has always frustrated me, every time I see the “Coca Cola bear”. There is a beverage company in my area (Massachusetts, USA) called Polar Beverages that had the polar bear as a mascot since their beginning, almost 150 years ago. When Coke decided they wanted to use the polar bear, they tried to sue Polar out of existence. Happily, Polar must have won as they’re still around and thriving. They have much better beverages, too. :)
