A day late and a dollar short, but here’s my take: Voter fraud should not be a partisan issue. Everyone eligible to vote should be able to vote, but every illegal vote takes away a legitimate vote. Why is one side so afraid of voter ID laws? Wouldn’t you say voting is important? It is hard for me to believe that there is a large portion of people who do not have a picture ID; you need it to fill a prescription, see a doctor, board a plane, etc. For those few, very few, who do not already have an ID, simple, set up a telephone number or web site, register for a free ID, get a van and go to their home and take a picture and produce an ID. Why is that so hard?

This is a rare example of politics here. I prefer to avoid such things.

We must rid ourselves of all that widespread undetected voter fraud.

Don’t believe him, miss. No matter how many votes are suppressed or how much enchantment is involved, there’s no way to turn a Republican into Obama.

Or do what the Democrats do. Get illegals to vote.
