English is one of the very few languages that don’t clutter up the Latin alphabet with diacritical marks. At least that’s true for native vocabulary.
Unfortunately, part of the richness of English comes from our huge number of borrowings, and some of them come encrusted with barnacles from their orginal languages. Thus you will often see words like NAIVE, FIANCEE, SEANCE, or CAFE spelled with accents, diereses, and the like.
IMO this is an affectation and should be avoided. (When they make me the King of England, I’ll fix that.)
marianmacleod, that would be nice. I think it would take a search capacity that would look inside one comic and then look for tags. Unfortunately, it would only find ones readers had tagged.

@The_JAM: That can be avoided with proper cooking.

I am wondering if there is a way to access all of the Loose Parts that have to do with music.

Nebulous is right, The_Jam, if you don’t cook your umlaut properly, you could get a grave case of diaeresis….

Only 4 countries in the world do not use metric. I love the Alt+numbers for foreign alphabets.
