    I tried getting on to an Alzheimer’s support website but there was no login field. Just a “I forgot my password” link.

    Password must contain lower and upper case letters, a number, a special character, and your first born male child.

    I saw this tip many years ago:

    Pick one difficult multicharacter mixed-case password, with numbers and symbols, that you can remember, and then add a 2 or 3-letter suffix based on the site.

    So, let’s say your hard password is 2XyZ@55!, and you have a Yahoo account. Your Yahoo password would be 2XyZ@55!YA
