Pick one difficult multicharacter mixed-case password, with numbers and symbols, that you can remember, and then add a 2 or 3-letter suffix based on the site.
So, let’s say your hard password is 2XyZ@55!, and you have a Yahoo account. Your Yahoo password would be 2XyZ@55!YA
