Frank says to Luann as she sits in bed, "Hon, I know you need more allowance and I wish I could give you the 12-dollar increase you asked for." Frank continues, "But how 'bout this: be more conscentious with your chores and I'll give you an extra four dollars a week. Okay?" Luann replies, "Four? Well.. ok... thanks, Dad." Luann chuckles to Puddles after Frank walks out, "Yes!! Four dollars! I woulda settled for two!!" Frank peeps in and asks, "What?" Luann nervously says, "Nothin'."
