Luann by Greg Evans and Karen Evans for December 05, 2000
Transcript:
Luann is at Miss Phelps' desk. Miss Phelps says, "Giving up boys is a splendid idea, Luann! You'll enrich other areas of your life." Luann proudly says, "Exactly!" Miss Phelps says, "I did precisely the same thing at your age. Simply banished boys from my life. That decision made me the woman I am today." Luann looks startled and asks, "...It did?" Miss Phelps says, "I developed a passion for Celtic music, antique thimbles, 18th century porcelain...". Luann puts her head in her hand.
Oh, Ms.Phelps, you sentimental sap.
