Delta: "That's the thing. Each activity gives me happiness. But all together, they make me stressed and overwhelmed instead of happy" Bernice: "Maybe you should drop a few activities" Delta: "No! Dropping any will make me unhappy" Luann: "Sounds like you're stuck" Luann: "It's a sad thing when happiness makes you miserable"
Yes, but its sadder yet when misery makes you happy.
