Luann: "Ta-da! I did all the laundry- washed, dried, folded, ironed and hung! Happy Mother's Day!"
Mom: "That is so sweet, Luann!"
Luann: "Just one question: How on earth have you managed to do this all these years?"
Mom: "Aw. Even sweeter"
For many of us, ‘Mom’ is now a fond memory, and not someone we can celebrate with. What I do each year in my mother’s memory is donate to the American Cancer Society, in the hopes that someone else’s mother will benefit from the research.
