Some ugly comments in yesterday and today. Insulting term for homosexuals, and sexist comments like referring to a non-virgin as having been “ruined”. I felt a few times like some have been trying to dump us all back into the hatreds of the fifties. Thank goodness none of those posters had Hyponotoad powers, but instead repulsed. There is already too much Hypnotoad-like promulgation of hatred in today’s world.
Someone i know in Belgium who missed being in the wrong location by mere minutes yesterday (though they all hoped the boomed station woukd not fall in or other bombs go off while passing through to the next station on an intact track) this morning told me something terribly sad. Syrian children have been diving under tables in classrooms when frightening noises happen, afraid not only of ethnic bigots but also that ISIS which destroyed their families and homes in Syria are now after them in Belgium.
There is too much hatred in the world, and too many Hypnotoads trying to increase that. Please, avoid it here.
