How come that a Great Dane is scared by squirrels?

Does Dad really think that he is going to stop Marmaduke from hiding there?

By the look of his eyes, he’s afraid of it. or a sneak attack.

Usually, dogs want to chase squirrels, but I guess Marm is a noted exception!

I’m surprised that Marm stopped long enough for Phil to feed the squirrels!

Aw…let him hide. Sweet boy! :D

Now we know what marm is afraid of a squirrel

My dog would be chasing that squirrel, dragging me behind while I try to hold on to the leash.

Reminds one of fictional tale of the elephant and the mouse and how the large pachyderm is afraid of the smallest rodent.

I don’t think Marm is afraid of the squirrel. He is trying to hide to he can pop out and ambush a squirrel. Phil is telling him he won’t allow that.
