According to one survey I’ve heard about, only 5% of high school students admit to drinking and driving; 40% admit to texting and driving.
I’ve been known to lean on my horn whenever I pass someone who is looking at their phone when I pass them. I get surprised and sometimes angry looks. I don’t care, I just want to make sure they know I am there.
