It’s getting close to the fourth of July, why not make a flag cake? Get some strawberries and whipped cream for the stripes and blueberries for the stars.
I am partial to inside also. Bugs LOVE to bite me and I also fair skinned. So when I go out I need sun screen and bug repellent for everything outside, except I can usually get the mail from the box next to door without same – but many times the bugs get me in the less a minute I am outside. (My dad used to tell me when I was little that the bugs did this because I was a such a sweet person.)
When we go to a reenactment event I have to put on both bug repellent and sun screen several times during the day (and manage not to get either on my clothing, embroidery or the food if I am cooking at the fire that day).
