Monty: As time went on, it became harder and hard to get together with Hume. Hume! Hume! Where are you? Huuuume! Oh... there you are. I was wondering if you wanted to ride down the hill on the wagon... Weasel: Uhh... no... that's OK... you go ahead without me... Monty: I soon made the painful discovery that Hume was hanging out with other kids' imaginary friends...
Steven Wright said HIS imaginary friend always played with the kids across the street. And either he or Emo Phillips (too tired to Google it) said “I was the kid next door’s imaginary friend.”If somebody already quoted them, I apologise — I’ve been gone a lot the last couple of days and may have missed a few comments.
