In the real world, this is what almost all “witches” really were: harmless little old ladies who lived alone and often looked “funny” because all their teeth were gone. (Old men lost their teeth, too, but it was harder to tell because they usually had whiskers.)

Scary? This is one of the happiest endings, I have seen on Monty. And, no, I do not expect Monty to fall in love with her. If she is like the herb women, in my mother’s ancestry, she probably has had one or more husbands on whom she tested her herbal meds in her younger years.
