But then there is the “Crunchy Frog”: only the finest baby frogs, dew-picked and flown from Iraq, cleansed in the finest quality spring water, lightly killed, and sealed in a succulent, Swiss, quintuple-smooth, treble-milk chocolate envelope, and lovingly frosted with glucose.

Before I read it I thought the bird had an accident because the hammering was too close to his toes.

Get this guy some taffy.

What a fool, I treasure the boxed candies. What I might not like I will give to you! Some will be slightly chews on!

Whenever my mother would want a piece from a sampler she’d offer me one and have me break it open. It was almost always maple, her favorite. I hate maple candy. (But must have maple syrup on pancakes or waffles.)

That will make a sticky mess!
