    Morning, Vagabonds!

Wow! Slim and Florchi are having warmer weather than we’re having here in southeast Texas. We’re only in the 90’s!

Arye, I’ll do a FaceBook search for your pictures later. I’ve gotta be going here pretty soon.

Just came back from a 1-mile walk; conditions partly cloudy (some sun/no precipitation). Temp. now 80; humidity 81%. I have to finish my outdoor exercise walking by approx. 7:30 a.m. this time of year. Of course, our walking weather Oct. – April/May usually more than makes up for this summertime inconvenience. :-)

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Every time we visit Raleigh to see the family the humidity really gets to me. This last trip…….half was high humidity, and then it became really nice when the weather dropped to the high 60’s……but that was early May. We try to time those visits for the good weather.

Morning Vagabonds..At 5 o’clock this morning the temp. was 69 already, and it’s humid, now it’s close to 80..I’m home today because the AC froze, messed up the belt as well. I’ll put an ideler wheel in place of the AC, and use 4 by 60 AC instead. (that’s 4 open windows at 60 mph).Sounds like you had a good trip Arye, I’d like to see some of Europe myself someday..Well I’ll slip out now catch you later. (dial up expensive you know).ttfn

@ Florchi (but it’s okay to read it if you aren’t her :-))>>>>>>If you go to the NWS, you can get the forecast for any zip code simply by writing it into the search box. If you go to a city, you can spot check different parts of the city by ckicking on the spot you want on the city map below the five day forecast. Forecast is not always the same for the whole city. I have never seen an “offitial” forecast for the NW part of Tucson,, where it gets the hottest.>>>>>>Lately the humidity has often been in single digits during the latter part ofd the day. But now it is Monsoon season, and soon the humidity will rise and fall and rise and fall. If it rains where you live, it’ll cool down a little, temporarily. It’s not like the monsoon in SE Asia, where it pours down for extended periods. We rarely get a “rainy day”, it’s usually scattered thunder storms….. But it is the season of sweat and swelter.Official NWS seven day forecast for Tucson, AZ, Thursday-Tuesday: 105-105-103-102-99-101-101.Seven day pot forecast for my neighborhood:108-107-105-104-101-103-103.Also, we tend to get less rain in my part of town.
