We’ve arrived at the end of another week. I have nothing on the agenda for today, so I’ll probably do the usual – waste it. LOL
Yesterday’s PT session went well. I found out that most of the exercises I’ve been doing for my hip also help my knee. And I have 3 more to add to the regimen. I also found out that I really only need to do around 15 minutes every day, varying what I do each time and working up to 2 sessions per day eventually. That’s about a third of what I had been doing that was so discouraging. I’ve set up about 7 more sessions between now and when I see the doctor again.
We’ve got a partly cloudy day today, though the cloud cover isn’t very thick. The forecast is for a bit higher than it has been: 64, and it’s 46 at the moment.
