Wow! How did Mews do that? To be sure, cats tend not to appreciate water other than in their drinking-bowl; but that was quite a trick!

Don’t start with cats, but don’t bottle up your emotions. Uncork your feelings and be honest and open.

Water, allow me to introduce you to Scotch. I suspect you’ll be a most popular couple…

GEE1G, I used to have a cat that jumped in the tub whenever I ran a bath. I have pictures of him chest deep. Stay tuned for Neptune un-corked…

This an excellent story-arc, with some great artwork. I like way Neptune is drawn…looks a little bit flourescent, fitting for a god.

    Puddleglum -

You do not EVER introduce water to Scotch. That is a social gaff of the highest order.

Scotch is neat only - no rocks, no water.

I add scotch to my RDA of water. It gets rid of the nasty taste of the water.

Neptune could be friends with Dudley. They could start a “no hands” club!

Bottled water from Poseidon Springs - “King of Drinks”? “Drink of Kings”?

Try giving a cat a bath, and you’ll see just how much it likes water.

Cats and water? Lemme tell ya a little story… years ago, I went on a canoe trip with a couple that (for reasons that elude me to this day) decided to bring their cat along. Said cat did not want to be in the canoe, so the owners put it on a leash. Bad move. Every time the boat got within six feet of the riverbank, cat made a desperate flying leap for dry land… only to stop dead in mid-air at the end of the leash (Cartoon Physics in action here) and drop (splat!) into the water. This went on for, oh, about ten miles. So much for the theory that cats can learn…
