This actually brought back fond memories of my time in the Girl Scouts as a Brownie back in the 80’s. One of the very first projects we did as a troop was make these peanut butter-bird seed pinecones. No idea whatever happened to mine but it was fun making them.
I don’t get it. Is Nancy there eating peanuts to scare off the squirrels. Or is she the one pulling things down? The string to her jar of peanut butter is what confuses me.

I guess that Nancy is so hideous that she’ll scare the squirrels away as she eats peanut butter.

One peanutbutter and squirrel sandwich would probably help keep the rest in line.

Birds and squirrels in January? What semitropical country do they live in where the trees have lost their leaves, but the birds haven’t flown south?

Do what I do. Just smear the trees with peanut butter and seeds.
