Caption: Everyone on the isle of fiasco had dug theah own well and wah stuck, makin' me the new king. Then I had an idea... Eddie: Maybe you should dig together. Voices from holes: Huh? Eddie: Instead of diggin' down, dig sideways, meet up, and help each othah get out. caption: And so they did. But all the small wells meetin' up made a big well, sunk the island and put my boat back out to sea. Eddie: *Music note* Flo: So, the point is...? Eddie: Leave a fiasco well enough alone. Flo: Gah home, Eddie.

Fiasco is the name for a small flask in Italian. When glass blowers made a mistake while making a regular bottle, they would melt down the remains and make small flask out of it, a fiasco. Hence fiasco became synonymous with a mistake or messed up situation.
