Other than eating too much sugars and calories, so that one becomes uncomfortably obese, I say eat what you enjoy! Each person’s genetics are different, so one-size-fits-all diets aren’t necessarily good for everyone. I have been told by doctors to eat more salt, high protein, and high carbs. And only exercise as long as it is comfortable. People I know who have tried to do what is healthy most of their lives, are usually not happy to live the last decade or so of their lives, when aging catches up to them. More important to have a good attitude about life, than to make everyone grouchy about what you or they eat.
