    Now that is an example of a harried but not blaming the clerk guy and a clerk listening until she has understanding and can give him the medicine Claire needs. More Customer/Cashier encounters should be like this.

    Except “médicaments du sommeil” is not a thing. Sleep medicine in French is “somnifère”.
