Meijers was a dime? for a ride and the rides were all lined up inside. In front of Kmart though I’m pretty sure it was a penny. Such an easy, cheap treat for a child after shopping is done and sometimes before as well.
Totally fooled me, I thought that was the back end of a bus in Panel 2!
