DRY Sorry I didn’t get back yesterday. I actually read your yesterday comments about 20 minutes before posting this one!You see … I cooked an 18lb Turkey yesterday. From frozen … and damn, it was DELICIOUS!!! (I suggest you try it next time you cook a bird… it prevents juices from draining, and contamination of the kitchen, since you don’t thaw it for 4-5 days, and because no juices drain out, it’s much more moist then thawed birds. ).Anyway… if I bug you with the countdown (I thought it was a game…) let me know, and I’ll stop.
