In real life, you know, mice are the bad guys and cats are the good guys. How the heck did it become a cartooning convention to turn that reality on its head?

laughing I love the absurdity of this strip. I read about 18 comics each day (the same 18), and if I had to whittle it down to half, “Overboard” would still make the cut. Today’s strip is one of the funniest ones of the series.
