I’m in downtown Newark right now and trust me that there is no strip mall that looks like the second panel anywhere in this city.
Shenobi is their name not “ninja”. I would have thought Sheboygan was more for Samurai training.
It’s not “ninja cat assassin”. That would be a ninja assassin who targets cats. It’s “ninja assassin cat”. The description goes ahead of the noun, as in “chocolate mousse cake”, not “chocolate cake mousse”.
