Change is how the Earth got to the point where we are at on this blue marble ! Without change there would be no internet to post all of our comments on ! When I think of what I have seen during my 6 decades on the blue marble Wow !
of for pete’s sake every candidate claims they will bring change! Well, duh. Promises are made and broken or half done but change will come…some we will like some we will hate. So “be the change we need in the world”.
Climate has been changing ever since we’ve had an atmosphere. Slowly. Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwlyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
We haven’t had a Presidential Assassination in a long time. A bit overdue. NOW more Than EVER! (Poetic and Sublime Justice like no other time in the history of the Universe!)
3. Carbon dioxide levels hit 1,100 ppm by 2100. The result resembles the worst parts of Earth’s past – The End of the Permian to the Triassic. Earth is 10 degrees Celsius/18 degrees Fahrenheit warmer. All of the world’s ice is melting. Sea level rise is measured in meters. Much of the world’s population is displaced by rising waters and vital infrastructure losses cannot be replaced. Polar bears are long gone, Homo sapiens is the latest endangered species. The ocean conveyor shut down decades ago. Signs of deep ocean anoxia are increasingly apparent and appalling – the sky turns a sickly shade of green. The sixth great mass extinction is underway. Remaining governments fight savage wars over scarce resources as entire ecosystems collapse. Natural selection and humankind are brutally reacquainted when medicine reverts to pre-industrial norms. Rampant famine and disease causes a global population implosion. Humanity will probably survive but a second stone age is the most likely outcome only without mineral resources. H2O + CO2 = H2CO3 or carbolic acid in the warming oceans.
A recent Times opinion piece included this quotation from the paleoclimatologist Lee Kump: “The rate at which we’re injecting CO2 into the atmosphere today, according to our best estimates, is 10 times faster than it was during the End-Permian.” (2017)

I’m just going to say this:
Climate change is not caused by man alone, but the sun’s activity is the main cause of climate change. So there
