I remember the firefly at my Granddaddy’s home in South Carolina.

The fireflies are different on each of the United States coasts; East coasters see them green, while West coasters see them orange. :)

Today I noticed for the first time that RJ can’t possibly reach all the keys on his clarinet.

Haven’t seen fireflies in a long time, they don’t seem to exist on the west coast.

I’ll see them when I go to the Midwest. Haven’t seen them in ages here in Colorado.

I grew up in the West were there were no fireflies and always thought they were cool. Later I got a job back East were there were fireflies, they are cool, but you have to accept all the other bugs that go along with having an environment that allows fireflies. I don’t think it’s worth the trade off.
