I’m seriously with Ozy on this one. Felicia has never really shown any kind of respect for Millie before, nor has Millie ever even remotely been any sort of trendsetter, so why on earth would Felicia suddenly start taking fashion cues from Millie, of all people? Like as opposed to her fashion magazines, or the other, actually popular and trendy, students.
Or, to quote Futurama, “This is, by a wide margin, the most unlikely thing that has ever happened!”

Millie should be able to recognize an alternate dimension when she sees one.

Felicia could always wash just her face and start her own trend.

Would it qualify as “apropos of nothing” to ask if “Popular” had already debuted on The WB yet when this arc dropped?
Of course, even if it was the inspiration…
