I’ve always wondered who or what those PEDS are and why we need to know they are XING whatever the heck that is.

LOL! Good old Ped! Or is it, Mr. Xing? Or since Chinese, would Ped be his last name?

And this Ped Xing also warned cars at intersections, but he warned them in Greek, and since most Chinese people don’t understand Greek. . .
