First he said a VAT made sense, then he backed straight off and said he would virtually almost never ever ever hardly think about it, ever. Then Mrs. Clinton said, "we're going to need a value added tax to pay for health care." Then Mr. Clinton said, "hey, who elected you??!" Punk: This nepotism may not be working?
