The spelling in the dialog is interesting. I wonder why ol’ Sparky used won, for, four, too, to, and two wrong. To indicate just how much Lucy misunderstood?
She ran it through her spell-check, and it found no errors.
Well, Lucy, it means you’ve been married four times – first to a banker, second to an actor, third to a preacher, and fourth to an undertaker.
It’s one for the money, two for the show, three to get ready, four for sales, five for accounts payable, six for tech support…
Gosh, who knew they had spellcheck back in the… what is this, the ’50s still? The ’60s?
