I remember when the high winds that came in along with a tornado carried away our inflatable swimming pool and part of the swingset. The house was okay, though, barring a few shingles.
I remember this strip—it was very funny when I first read it and remains just as funny now. Charles Schulz had such a lovely sense of humor, needed now more than ever!

If Charlie Brown could tear a hole in it that easily, you needed a better one anyway.

Two Sunday strips in a row (8-15 and 8-22). Did Schulz take a hiatus, or are we missing some strips?

I am aghast at what the martian was going to do with that probe.

The CIA must have been chuffed to buggery that their propaganda of ridicule had filtered into the comics.

Really, Charlie Brown…you should know that only Venusians have flying saucers that look like that.

We are missing strips from 8-16 to 8-21… why this lack of comics? :(

During one of my birthday parties as a kid, a plastic swimming pool blew in the wind and landed on us when we were sitting in the backyard.

Seems Charlie Brown dreams of space travel.
