Regarding all the missing daily strips here on “Peanuts Begins”, all the daily (and Sunday) strips since October 2, 1950 are fully available under the regular “Peanuts” strip. I wonder if the daily strips are temporarily being skipped here on “Begins” to catch up with the current date (for example, show the 12/1/1954 strip on about 12/1/2018).
Up until yesterday they had only Sunday strips available in December (2018). Now they blocked December…too bad, too. The dailies they’re missing show a lot about the development of Linus, including his relationship with Lucy—and that in itself demonstrates the development of Lucy into the hateful sister. It’s worth looking up the dailies that are missing on Peanuts begins (on the Peanuts site) if you’re reading to learn how Schulz developed the iconic Peanuts empire.
I knew kids who would seek out the kids who had their mittens strung together through their coat sleeves, sneak up, and pull one mitten off real fast so they’d hit themselves in the face with their other hand. Hilarious…

Much like “good grief” and “security blanket,” “fussbudget” is practically synonymous with Peanuts.
