    I played blind man’s buff once. The secret to winning is to keep the blindfold on NO MATTER WHAT – cause if you can’t see them, they can’t see you and it doesn’t matter if you are in the buff or not :)

    As a kid, part of the fun was the threat of getting injured. We used to ice skate down an icy hill (made icy from all the toboggans going down for days) in a park with a basketball hoop at the bottom of the hill. The hoop and backboard were held up by a double pole. The trick was to skate full speed down the hill and between the two poles (about 18-24 inches apart). This was back in the late sixties, before we were a horribly litigious society.
