Place I used to play a long time ago would let you play as many holes as you could before noon. Used to run with my golf bag.
I remember the brief Sunday-strip arc where Lucy has somehow become a championship golfer among adults – some of which are actually depicted – but ends up forfeiting the tournament because she forgot she was supposed to be home taking a nap.
Well, they didn’t make it very far, but had a nice morning!
570 yards is a pretty long hole. Especially for the first hole. It would probably take me three hours too.
Well, if Charlie Brown’s goal was to set the course record for one hole, mission accomplished.
