The question is: who does Peppermint Patty have to give to Charlie Brown in return for Snoopy? Marcie? I wouldn’t make that trade.

Snoopy should bite his leg.

Maybe Charlie Brown is responsible for the misguided notion that sports should be ‘all inclusive’ and therefore everyone who shows up should get a trophy no matter how poorly they play.

Peppermint Patty doesn’t know that Snoopy’s a dog anyway.

Snoopy’s reactions in the last three panels are priceless. Another great example of how much expression Schulz could convey with just a few lines.

Okay. So Snoopy seems happy at first, up until he realizes Charlie Brown is considering it. That’s weird.

Yes, “WIN” is such a magical word! Remember when Gerald Ford started the “WIN” campaign; i.e., “Whip Inflation Now”?What a magnificent concept that was…: >)

@Snoopy_FanHello there, Snoopy_Fan!-Thank you very much for your reply to me on Monday. It made me feel loads better although obviously I was sad to hear about your experiences with your 2 jobs. That’s a real shame.-I have never worked before. I suppose I have “worked” if you count unpaid Work Experience. In 2010, I worked at a stationary shop for my Work Experience but only for 4 days as I was at school then. It would have been 5 days if it wasn’t near the Easter Holidays. The shop also sells books, magazines and toys.-I enjoyed it very much and loved all the staff.-I have never had a real paid job before and I feel so behind everyone else.-Anyway, I’m sure it’s a normal feeling and nothing to be ashamed of.-Here is a song for you. DUMP the entire Scatterbrain Team of so-called friends and trade them for a more Focus bunch of people who can ACTUALLY be relied upon but keep Snoopy.
