Another example of the “conversations” Snoopy and Charlie Brown apparently have out of frame. And that Snoopy can talk on the phone, as long as it’s unseen. It’s all convenient but still extremely clever by Schulz.

At least he was not born in a place like the linen closet at the Holiday Home for Cats in Tauranga, and his first word was not, “Meow.”

Somehow Charlie Brown understood Snoopy holding up his paw meant “soft paws”

“Wait, I remember something else. She also had very soft ears”

So Snoopy didn’t get his new love’s name during the chaos? Poor doggie…
