How could he misspell “X”?

Now that is a real blooper! How can anybody misspell the name Joe?

Another “guaranteed genuine” article bought from the small ads in the back of a comic book.

What does it matter if it’s wrong? If he’s my hero, I love him …

That’s two reasons to make the blooper reel!

Is Charlie really that gullible?

Figures that his hero would be a loser too.

That’s why I don’t buy autographed things. Every autograph I have I WATCHED the person signing it, with one exception…and it was sent to me free. One of my most prized possessions is a NASCAR poem I wrote that was signed by Bobby Allison (it wasn’t my idea; the guy behind me in line suggested it to me; I just wanted to give him a copy).

Isn’t this typical, that when we are happy about something, someone always comes along to point out a mistake?

Me thinks the Shlabotnik is a fakenic !

Chuck has to take whatever victories he can get.

Recently Shlabotnik has been playing for the NY Mets under an assumed name! Or maybe it only seems that way!

I’ll never understand baseball (sigh)! It’s just not cricket…

The guy in the alley assured me it was a genuine Joe Shlabotnik baseball!

My guess is his dad wanted to be sure his son got an “autographed” ball from his hero.

With most autographs, you couldn’t tell the spelling anyway!

Most celebrities and non-celebrities like Joe have illegible autographs anyway.
