We join the strip in progress. "Dickie!! What have ou done?"<Br>"#*!*$@" "No, Dickie, no... Bad Dickie... You cannot slap duct tape over the mouths of other comic strip characters... You take that tape off now, Dickie!" "*# Blah blah blah acck! Slap! Byebye!! *@#!" "Hey! I don't care how you feel about her... YOu are not the god of the comics page, and you're taking off that duct tape now, Dickie!!" "#*#$@%!! @#!????" "Why? I'll tell you why. Because millions of comics readers are gonna open their Sunday funnies and see that the title character of a strip that has been around for years has duct tape over her mouth and can no longer even talk!" "...And whaddya think they're gonna think of your cute little prank then, Dickie?! Huh? Whaddya think they're gonna think then?!!" "...This is the best "Cathy" I've seen in twenty-five years..."
