Pig says, "What are you reading, Goat?" Goat says, "This magazine on kitchen remodels. I'm thinking about having a contractor install one of those islands in the center." Pig says, "What for?" Goat says, "It helps with the resale value of the home. They're a very popular feature right now." Pig says, "Helps with resale."
An island must be surrounded by water, though. Then again, maybe it is, and Rat is just walking on water (nah!)
