Zebra says, "No, it doesn't, pig. Where'd you hear that?!" Rat says, "I think it's in the rules." Zebra says, "It is not in the rules." Pig says, "Hey, it beats what happens when I go directly to jail."
The color layout of the board is incorrect. The orange properties (St James place, etc) are nowhere near the dark blue properties (Park Place and Broadway). However, this is probably intentional, since there are only 2 dark blue properties in panels 1 and 2, and 3 dark blue properties in panel 3.
