Think better than half my neighborhood is that way. But then that’s really more my not interacting with folks rather than actually hating them like Rat. Leave them in peace and they tend to leave me in peace. Though there is a kid on a scooter I feel like strangling right now.

Rat is more like a Year of Jubilee neighbor.

Bill don’t complain unless it’s about seeing Rat too often.

If it wasn’t for the children throwing things over the fence I’d have nothing to do with our neighbours. At the moment a new couple moved next door maybe a year ago. I’ve never spoken to them.

Funny, Rat won’t be around in 4 years. Their lifespan is usually 1-2 years.

They know where they stand, they just don’t know what to make of it.

Rat I guess if there are block parties,parades,fairs,ect.,ect. in your area you do not go. Your are one sad rat,Rat ! And you want to run for president ! :-(
