Phoebe: The recess lady yelled at me for supposedly stealing that kid's ball. Marigold: ...are you certain you did not? Phoebe: I was. But she thinks I did, and the recess lady thinks I did, so... Am I a jerk, and I just don't realize it? Marigold: You do keep pulling on my tail to get my attention. Phoebe: You make hilarious noises! I'm only human.
It’s better than slapping her. (Pulling on her tail would have probably worked just as well when Marigold was entranced.)
